Service
delivery terms
- Completed projects / products will be delivered by e-mail, facsimile,
diskette or other method as agreed with the client
- All files virus-checked prior to transmission
- Back-up copies will be retained by prior arrangement only
- No charge for e-mail delivery
- No charge for standard letter delivery within Australia
- Non-standard letter postage will be charged at current Australia Post rates
- Other delivery methods (courier, etc.) will be charged to the client at cost
- Free pick-up and delivery in the Joondalup area; additional travel will be
charged at 44 cents per kilometre (inclusive of GST)
General conditions
- Low quality / illegible original documents will extend the time taken to
complete the work
- Estimates are provided to the best of our ability following the initial,
free consultation
- The final fee will be based on the actual project costs; should there be a
difference of greater than 20% between the estimated and actual costs, the
client will be consulted prior to completion
- The client assumes full responsibility for the proof-reading and accuracy of
accepted work; Cyberspace Virtual Services is not responsible for any errors or
omission found thereafter
Confidentiality
A Confidentiality Clause forms part of our Service Agreement, which must be
fully executed before any work commences. Cyberspace Virtual Services will not
at any time, either directly or indirectly, use for its personal benefit or
disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is pertaining to its
clients. All your information will be kept strictly confidential. This provision
shall remain effective even after the termination of all agreements and
projects.
Upon termination of agreements, Cyberspace Virtual Services will return all
documentation, records or other items that were used or created by Cyberspace
Virtual Services for its clients during the term of our agreement.
Your privacy
Any information you give to Cyberspace Virtual Services will be held with the
utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Cyberspace Virtual Services will ask you when it needs information that
personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. Generally, this
information is requested when you are asking for information or hiring our
services. Personal information collected by Cyberspace Virtual Services often is
limited to e-mail address, country or location, but may include other
information when needed to provide a service you requested.
Change in policies and terms
Cyberspace Virtual Services reserves the right to change its "policies and
terms of service agreement" at any time. If you have questions regarding this
